I have been ordering pizza for the past 2 years from Muma Rosa…they have always been good apart from a bad experience late last year.
I ordered one tonight and I have to say that this was the BEST ONE EVER!
I asked for a little bit more cheese and it made all the difference.
It also arrived HOT, and the delivery guy was great.

We have been coming here for many years and very disappointed with the service to replace a meal that was missing from our order tonight.
The driver delivered the food and was instructed by the manager to ask for $13.00 for the delivery and difference in cost!!
How bloody cheeky?
For the sake of $13.00 why would you burn a regular customer for the stuff up?
Instead, manager preferred to have a barney on the phone, blame me for wrong order, demand payment, and told the driver to leave with the food. No worries mate, it was just my 6yo daughters food and waited til 8:30pm to get it and not get to eat it either!
Manager/owner definitely needs a refresher course in customer service I reckon…

I came to mama rosas pizzeria and i loves it! The service was undoubtably good and the food was extravagant! I especially liked the service as the person on the phone Michael Wells had very good communication and was quick and easy taking my order. I think he deserves a raise for being such a polite young gentleman and how good of a job he did when i ordered my pizza and cheesy garlic bread! I rate mama rosas pizzeria a 5 stars out of 5 and would 100% recommend this place for anyone who wants to try it. I am definitely coming back here as the food was undeniably good and the service was a 10/10!
Nice pizza, was ready on time for pick up.
